Delivery: Your order will be delivered by us at your doorstep and will require a signature on delivery. Our store and warehouse is based in Sonipat, Haryana .All orders for Delhi/NCR will be delivered between 2-3 working days from the order date. Please allow upto 5-7 days for outstation deliveries.

The cost of delivery will be added to your order total before payment is taken. Our standard delivery charge Rs. 300 per order. We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 5000.*

Should a higher charge apply to a particularly heavy or bulky item, we will advise you prior to processing your order that a higher charge applies.

Please do note, some states in India charge Octroi or other government charges on orders coming from outside of that state, in such cases, the charges need to be borne by the buyer at the time of delivery. The courier company will collect the Octroi amount from you at the time of delivery.

Delivery times are estimates only and dispatch may be slightly delayed so please allow up to 5 days.

If we are unable to perform the whole or part of the order due to any cause or event beyond our control we may by notice in writing to you, cancel or suspend the order in whole or in part without liability. We may deliver separately the goods that make up your order. Where we do so, you will only incur one delivery charge.

Eligibility Use of this website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts under Indian Contract Act, 1872. Persons who are "incompetent to contract" within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc. are not eligible to use this Website. If you are a minor i.e. under the age of 18 years, you shall not purchase any items on the Website. As a minor, if you wish to purchase an item on the Website, such a purchase may be made by your legal guardian or parents.

If you are a business entity, you represent that you are duly authorized by the business entity to accept these terms and conditions and you have the authority to bind that business entity to these terms and conditions.

11. Customs and Import Duties: We take care of customs and import duties for international shipments. Customers are not required to pay any additional fees from their end, as we and our shipping partners manage these responsibilities.

12. Return Policy: For international orders, we entertain returns only in the case of manufacturing defects. We will provide a replacement product after verifying proof of the defect. If customers want to exchange for a different size, they will need to cover the two-way shipping costs and pay any price difference in advance before confirming the exchange.
